My partner and I have now been with Belvoir Welwyn for just under a year. Our property manager, Carlie, has been absolutely brilliant; from the detailed contract at the start of our tenancy to the day-to-day management of maintenance issues, she has been professional, committed to delivering quality and her responses demonstrate a clear regard for our wellbeing as tenants. We have had a few unexpected issues with the flat but on every occasion, Carlie has been very prompt to respond and efficient in communicating to our landlord and the relevant teams to address the issues. Each person we have liaised with or met from Belvoir and their associated teams to date have been friendly, very helpful and professional. So a huge thank you to Carlie, the Belvoir Welwyn and Property Maintenance Teams for a very pleasant and positive experience so far.
