I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Belvoir Welwyn. The director has pretty much threatened me that if tenants do not "act nice," they will withhold assistance, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I feel bullied for simply exercising my tenant rights in dealing with a property that has severe damp issues, which have negatively impacted my health. The management team has been rude and dismissive over the phone, despite appearing polite and professional in emails. This inconsistency is frustrating and untrustworthy. Calls should be recorded for training purposes to teach staff how to communicate respectfully with tenants. It is clear that their main interest lies in protecting landlords because they pay the agency, leaving tenants feeling unsupported and vulnerable.
