I have nothing but positive feedback for McCartneys Welshpool. I have spoken to a few people over the months leading up to purchasing my first home with them. I found the property on Rightmove, put in an enquiry and someone got back to me so quickly. It was very easy to arrange a viewing. We viewed two properties through them, and on both occasions communication leading up to, and after, the viewings was spot on. When we decided to make an offer, we spoke to Beth, who made everything so straightforward. We have dealt primarily with Beth since, and nothing has been too much for her. Being that we are first time buyers I’ve no doubt we’ve been frustrating at times and asked lots of silly questions, but Beth has always come back with all the information we’ve needed. She also managed a second viewing with all of my family there, so she deserves an award for that. In future I would have no doubts about using McCartneys Welshpool again. Five stars absolutely - couldn’t fault them!
