Tom was instrumental in guiding us through the rest of the process and an excellent conduit between the parties involved, be they vendor, solicitors etc. He clearly explained next steps and what would be involved, as well as any options/choices we would have to make. Contact was frequent, which was extremely helpful and we surprisingly didn't feel in limbo at any points.
