I was with Proffitt & Holt for 3.5 Years. Considering they where the first agents that looked after us at the property, it gave me high hopes that many Lettings agents would be like this. They responded back very quickly, during covid reassured us when it came to renewing contracts for another year. Whenever anything needed repairing and replacing, contractors where calling to arrange a date to book it in. I Genuinely can’t fault P&H Cat Creed was our main point of contact and never failed us throughout the whole 3.5 years. Samantha Hazel & Cat Creed are two names I won’t forget when it come to leaving the property. As I said I had high hopes when moving with a different company to a different property and location. I can honestly say the difference in service was awful. I won’t say which company I went with but 7/8 months later and I’ve already got back in contact with P&H to move back in to Watford and be under P&H as my lettings agent.
