Avoid at all costs, this is both to tenants and landlords. I left the property on the 13th April, didn’t get a response to the deposit return till 6th May. Accused me (the audacity) of submitting fake invoices / receipts for things I should be reimbursed for, this after ignoring multiple emails I sent requesting a reimbursement. Julia said to me ‘ how do I know these receipts are not fake?’ – I mean wow! Thank so much for accusing me of committing fraud, how very lovely of you. When they carry out inspections, they are very intrusive, they don’t take their shoes off, they take photos, without permissions asked, and go into rooms also without asking, and you don’t know where these photos are stored or sent to, also it’s not in the contract about taking photos. Thank you so much for not being respectful in my home, really, again so lovely of you. They used a different agency for check out then check in, and they don’t fully tie up, but they still expect you to pay for the ‘claimed damages. After 6 years of living in a property that had not been renovated for over 40 years, they want to claim for the things that are falling apart (seriously?). They are refusing to reimburse me for arranging for the gutters to be cleared over the 6 years! Something they failed to arrange even once! Congratulations Watford Northwood, I hope you feel so proud of your professionalism and integrity. Well done really.
