Samantha carefully managed the exit of the previous tenants who were very problematic and Samantha recovered monies from the deposit to cover the cost of cleaning and repairs for which I was very grateful. Samantha then found a new tenant who appear to be more sympathetic to looking after the house. Samantha is very professional and proactive about looking after our interest. Samantha is very responsive and manages any issues the tenants raise quickly causing the least stress.
