Not helpful for tenant

From the point of view of the tenant, they are not helping at all. They don't manage to negotiate any better deals, they are even incapable of convincing the landlord that a bathtub should have a shower head in the 21st century. Once they get the retention money, they can't organise viewings and they provide no service. They charge huge fees for this lack of service. Not to say the other agencies normally act differently, but next time I will look for a private landlord.
