As a buyer I can't recommend James & James enough. Nick Smith was a pleasure to deal with, he was very personable, fast acting and knowledgable. It was like night and day compared to another very popular Worthing estate agent (which I won't name) who grossly inflate their prices (they overvalued our Brighton home by £100k) and tried to use underhand tactics to increase our bid on another property previously. We think we have bought our forever home, but if we move again we'll 100% contact James & James first to sell our home.
