I have had properties with Northwood Warrington acting as agents for about 8 years and have found them very easy and professional to deal with. I know if ever there is a problem I'll get a call and an email and they are quick to engage contractors and put things right. Property inspections are comprehensive and documented well. Having used other letting agents in the past, I would say Northwood may not be the cheapest but I've certainly had the least aggravation by a mile.

I bought a house which was marketed by Northwood and can highly recommend them. Very friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. My conveyancer solicitor was a nightmare and wouldn't respond to my enquiries for weeks. It got to a point that I was thinking about dropping out as I got tired having to follow up with them every step of the way. Have just sold my daughter's rental property through them. Cathy worked really hard to get the best deal for her and was constantly updating and chasing things along. Nothing was too much trouble for her, including taking meter readings and collecting post. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
