TIME WASTERS !! We booked viewing of one of their properties. Everything was confirmed by email. We came especially from London to see this property and at place we noticed the sign "let agreed". Agent didn't came, they didn't pick up the phones as well. We went to the local office based in the same city, which was closed even if it was during their working hours. At the address of viewing, 3 other families were waiting as well. I understand things happen, but they should inform people before they come to viewing. No any information about cancelled viewing or anything.. Very unprofessional !!!! We wasted money and time !!! AVOID
