Terrible company. Had over £20,000 off me in rent without default then greedily took my deposit for things that had been made up. I had a rat problem too, coming from next door and was told many, many times it had nothing to do with them, despite the previous tennants warning me. So Northwood allowed me and my 83 year old mother who has since died at that property without any warning of vermin. My day will come in court!!!
