As a first time UK renter, especially while being abroad, I was faced with many difficulties trying to secure a rental apartment in Warrington. I contacted dozens of letting agencies and none were as polite, professional and helpful as the staff at Northwood. They were kind enough to let me rent the place without an on ground physical viewing, which can prove to be a pain in the neck, if you dont have anybody to come down to check out the apartment. They responded to every query I had at the earliest and tried to accomodate me as much as possible. My moving was made a lot easier and peaceful by the help of this agency. One of the agents who I was dealing with, Ms Jodie Wane, went out of her way to purchase groceries and other small household items to facilitate me during my 10 day quarantine period, right after I landed.
