Hi Jayne. Thank you for your feedback. The Tenant you are referring to was removed from the property, following Northwoods process. Whilst we understand it can be a stressful time for your friend, who was at the time residing there, Northwood done everything they could to help the situation and took the necessary action needed to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We do not condone theft in our House Shares, we always advise Tenants to keep valuables in their locked rooms or use appropriate locking solutions for their allocated cupboards. Smoking is not permitted in ANY of Northwoods properties. Thank you.
