Belvoir have been really good at helping me into my new home, it's alot to go through but I understand that checks have to made. I got a lovely welcome pack which I wasn't expecting. I can't give 100% as I still have an ongoing issue, but I am sure that will be ironed out shortly. Thanks Belvoir

As a tenant, I look for quick response in communication, clear instructions with no ambiguity in the documentation and what is/what is not included in the tenancy, and a reasonable common sense applied in resolving any issues and work for both parties (i.e. the landlord and the tenant). Every person I spoke with in the Belvoir Warrington branch is professional and has been helpful. Yes, sometimes there are delays for some tasks but this is natural because they are dependent upon permission from the landlord and the availability of resources to conduct any task on the property.
