What we wanted is an organised and responsible agency that we could trust to manage the letting of our house, and Belvoir have provided. They advised us on preparing the property for letting as well as other important factors. They advised us on best letting price. They found suitable tennants to match criteria we stated. They have been efficient in communication. We have peace of mind with a reliable agency.
