Belvoir have been very efficient & helpful throughout the unusual circumstances we face. Always able to get hold of them & prompt with all replies. Great service so far - feel comforted that things will always be dealt with which moving that little bit less stressful ? would definitely recommend.

If I could rate them more
If I could rate them more than five stars I would. Belvoir Warrington have been the most helpful and amazing people helping us go through all the steps to get us our new home. During lockdown Amy from Belvoir in Warrington was dealing with us from home and she was amazing throughout I can’t thank her enough. Also like to thank Karen as she was very helpful to and collected the keys with appointment time and to government guidelines. By far the BEST letting agents to deal with. Thank you to all of the team at Belvoir we love our new home.

Amazing
The team at Belvoir has been amazing in my search for residence during this pandemic. Communication was excellent and given the remote nature of having to deal with paperwork etc they did an outstanding job explaining the stages to me and keeping me updated at all times. I felt well looked after and in good hands. I have nothing but praise for the team both before and since moving into my new house. Special thanks to Amy who handled my case and was a star throughout!

Having never privately rented before we had no idea where to start , Janette and Alison supported myself and my brother throughout the whole process answering every question we had . From the very 1st phone call with Janette the service was 5* , both Janette and Alison kept me sane throughout and put my worries at ease . My brother is now happy and settled in to a lovely apartment thanks to Janette and Alison . Would highly recommend Belvoir and their team .

Very happy
I dealt with Amy from day one and although we had some hiccups due to a tenant changing their mind on the property we wanted she dealt with it professionally and sensitively. Needless to say it all worked out in our favour and we love our new home. Amy responded quickly to all enquiries and was always happy to answer my ‘silly questions’. We felt no detriment to the service due to lockdown as Amy was always at hand to assist. Thank you Amy, you’re a star!

Coronavirus
Gary's team helped me during the critical phase of the Coronavirus pandemic. I purchased a property to let and completed literarily as solicitors were closing their doors. Although not involved in the purchase, they provided me with the necessary confidence to push the completion through. Within 10 days of my completion, they found me the perfect tenant and all contracts were signed for a 1st April move in. Professional throughout!!
