Great service from John Mackie at Belvoir, Warrington. Selling our house remotely from the other side of the country was surprisingly straightforward. Belvoir understood the issues and I felt confident leaving keys at their office to facilitate viewings, surveys etc. Very pleased with the interactive walkthrough, photos and floor plan. Good communications throughout. Always available via telephone, email, text and WhatsApp. Unanswered telephone calls were returned promptly. John made a valiant effort to speed-up the painfully slow process of conveyancing by nudging the solicitor(s) on a regular basis. I would certainly recommend.
