I needed to sell a flat which was a protracted exercise as the time remaining on the lease was such that it would require a cash sale. Belvoir were recommended to me and I am so glad. Eventually to minimise loss, it was necessary to extend the lease. Throughout the whole period, the staff were abolutely brilliant in continuing to market the property and explain the position. This resulted in an agreed sale the day after the lease extension was agreed. I must also comment on the staff, who at all times made me feel that as a customer, my business was important. I cannot envisge the service being better provided by any other company.
