Hi my name is Michelle, I would like to write a review for belvior sales and letting astate agency, I was living in a shared accommodation for over 2 years and the time had come for me to move on, for 6 months I looked for accommodation with other letting agencys but i was'nt successful, I became homeless sleeping on friends couches whilst still trying and failing with other agencies, The staff at belvior treated me as a human being and not just a number, they really went above and beyond for me, reafiming my faith in people again, showing and giving me the support, empathy consideration, care and understanding and gave me thier extra time and help yet being professional with this, this was something I've never experienced before and I felt heard, seen and valued.. I value belvior and all the staff that contributed to me finally having my own space, I highly recommend belvior and I will continue to recommend them, I carnt thank them enough. I am extremely grateful for my new accommodation and how they helped me to settle in. Thankyou again to all the staff Love always Michelle
