During the process we were transferred from a member of the sales team to a transition specialist, June, who was excellent at ensuring our needs were met; limiting contact when we were on leave, updating us on progress regularly and keeping tabs on our solicitors. The level of service we received from Park & Bailey Warlingham was absolutely amazing. Our sale was anything but straightforward but Dean and the team guided us through the sale and provided clear, honest advice. The marketing of the property was quick and painless and the whole sales team worked together. However, the aftersales is where they really demonstrated their quality. June in the Progression team was always available and in constant contact to guide us through huge obstacles and last minute issues. Her communication meant we never felt unprepared and were confident we could overcome any issues. My wife and I are so pleased and can't thank you all enough!
