She was competent and efficient and worked hard to get us over the line while we grappled with incomplete information from the Freeholders, an overzealous buyer’s solicitor who quit as we approached exchange, and our own who disappeared completely as we approached completion!

I don't usually write reviews on customer services, but I have to say how professional Park and Bailey are, especially the manager Colin. I explained that after my husband's death last year, I was looking to return to the area to be closer to family. He had the time and patience to listen to what my requirements would be. We went to look at this beautiful property as soon as it came on the market, Sam, showed us around and was very knowledgeable of the house and its' surrounding area.
