In safe hands...

The team at Davis Tate did a great job of selling our house - the key thing was that they matched only the people who could afford our house and were in a good position to make the purchase - we sold in 2 days! They were always on hand to answer questions, make calls and made every effort to help us find the house we wanted - they were professional and efficient and that is all you can ask. Obviously all estate agents charge a similar fee which is quite a lot but having had our house on the market with other agents a couple of years before without success i really do think that for the peace of mind it is money well spent
