Very nice and trusty people. Moving to London and trying to rent a flat without having more than 2 months in UK is a difficult task. I think I was a lucky guy by finding them because in 2 weeks after the first discussion, I moved to the flat. They don't disturb you with anything and they are always there to help you(by phone and in person). All the needed documents can be send by email and you don't have to wait for confirmation because you will have it in no time. I'm very pleased of their services.

Sick of dealing with other muppet letting agents locally, we've used Martin & Co since the month it opened and never had any problems. Communication is great and any issues are always resolved with a quick call, no need to get into long email back and forths. Mike Molloy, the manager, is the anti-thesis of the geezer-agent in a dodgy suit, very professional and very organised.
