I had an agency trying to rent out my place for more than 6 weeks without any success or feedback. Chesterton had been interested on my property as long as this agency had it advertised but I had my doubts on changing agents as I was with the others for years. Finally I decided to move agencies and not only Chesterton move quickly, arranged marketing and pass feedback everyday, they managed to get me tenants ready to sign for a 2 year contract in a week. Unfortunately a relative needs the property so I have had to let it all go. Adam; the lettings manager has been extremely understanding and acted very professionally. I only wish every agent was like him. Definitely I will be contacting them as soon as my property is vacant again.
