At last. An estate agent who cares. Although we were the buyers, not the vendors, Peter and Yvonne always went the extra mile. I never expected emails sent in the evening or on a Sunday to be answered that day, but they were. Also, and in my experience unusually, when one of them said they would check and come back they did, and without the need to remind them. I know I queried a lot with them but not once did I get a reply that made me feel I was overstepping.
