Excellent communication, highly professional, kept me in the loop with everything that was going on and was just super kind - no question too silly or small. Also very contactable - it's nice to deal with just one person in such a busy period of your life! Couldn't recommend Seymours more, but especially Lorenzo, 10 stars for him and five for the agency! :)
