Despite the covid pandemic, this appalling estate agent insisted on charging the full amount when all they did was take some external pictures and put the house online. They did no viewings, took no internal photos, got the price wrong and were very rude. Having done my own viewing and accepted an offer I then had to do all the work with the solicitors as my buyer refused to deal with them as they were rude to them as well. Curchods are a dreadful estate agent, exceptionally rude and I would avoid them like the plague. Shame I can't give them 0 stars as this is all they are worth.
