We searched with a few different agents in Walthamstow but quickly narrowed our search down to viewing only with Central. They listened to our requirements, were honest about the finer details and were consistently flexible with allowing us in for viewings. It seems Central and Stow Bro’s have the best properties in the area, but truthfully Stow Brothers would only ever set up ‘open house’ viewings on a Saturday. You’d feel like cattle in a house full of multiple other couples, with the agent rarely knowing anything about the property, often it was another potential buyer opening the door to you. We made an offer with Central and the exchange felt effortless due to their strong communication and support. It was Rich who really exceeded all expectations, going above and beyond to secure the deal despite unavoidable hurdles along the way. He was personable, caring and selfless in going out of his way to ensure all our needs were met and in keeping the seller on board. If it wasn’t for his hands on support we wouldn’t have exchanged in the first place. I can’t recommend Rich or Central enough and will only be dealing with them in the future.
