Never use Kings and especially DON'T LET THEM TIE U INTO THEIR LIFE INSURANCE. They tie u in for 4 years and if u hit financial difficulty and want to reduce it, they lie and say u can't (which I now know is untrue) and make you sign another 4 year agreement. The staff at Thomas Oliver (they're financial dept) are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I have repeatedly tried to sort my problem and arrange a solution but was met with nothing but rudeness. They have now taken out a ccj against me, a struggling single mother for the remaining commission on the policy. It only lapsed due to their refusal to let me reduce the policy which i wanted to do as I couldn't afford the original one anymore. I have since taken advice and I could have legally reduced it under the contract. BE WARNED!
