Joe fletcher was the letting agent who arranged my tenancy agreement. After i explained my horrible experience with my previous landlord who put my health and safety seriously at risk, He promised me all of the properties with bairstowe eves are of a safe standard and all checks and assessments are up to date and accountable. 7 months into my agreement, I have been without heat or hot water in my property I rent for 5 weeks now since October 2016. And have discovered a used syringe and needle concealed in the boiler insulation. None of them will take any responsibility for their role in ensuring the standard of this property is as advertised upon agreement. Linda Costello from countrywide lettings maintenance department doesn't know what month we are on and sends "automated replies" advising you she will be back in the office in November...when it is now December!!!!! Thomas leech from country wide lettings maintenance has arranged 3 seperate occasions in which my guarantor took 3 days of work to accomadate, only for failure to attend and no contact to be made. Leaving my guarantor appauled at the service, communication, and sheer lack of organisation skills possessed by the people who represent this establishment! Cannot wait to finish my tenancy agreement so my guarantor and I can find a more reliable service elsewhere.... The experience I am having, I might as well be with a rogue landlord.

Hi Suzanne, I appreciate you taking the time to leave this review and I am sorry to hear of the difficulties you feel that you experienced. In reference to the boiler, I have had confirmation from the contractor that they did attend over the weekend, but they couldn’t complete the works and have already booked an appointment with you to attend this weekend on Saturday at 9am to carry out the works to replace the boiler and the pipework. There has only ever been one confirmed appointment made with you to carry out the boiler replacement, which was last weekend, as this is the only time that suited both the contractor and you. Please be assured that all of us are making every effort to get this matter resolved and the boiler replaced. In reference to the syringe, property management have offered to get this removed professionally but you have still to get back to the team with an answer on when and if you would like this to be done. If there is anything further we can do to help in the future please don't hesitate to contact us at the office.
