Professional and Freindly Service, Highly Recommended
Winterbrooks provided me with a wonderful service from start to finish. It was like a breath of fresh air to deal with Winterbrooks when I changed to them after suffering from weeks of poor performance with a larger national chain. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are personable, friendly and honest. They have an excellent local knowledge and really are available to help on all areas of house selling. Thank you Winterbrooks!

Great Customer Care
Winterbrook were an amazing team of hard-working professionals that were very quick to respond to every request and every query throughout the whole process. We were selling our lovely bungalow and wanted to find a renovation property in a sought-after location of the town, they helped us at every point along the way. Exceptional good service and exceptional attention to detail. A huge thank you to them and an easy recommendation to make to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property in the Wallingford area.

Highly professional and efficient local estate agents.
Our initial impression of Richard from Winterbrook Estate Agents were that we would receive a sensible, professional and high standard of service, by an agent who would act in our best interests. We were not disappointed. Our expectations were in fact exceeded, in that we received friendly, expert advice and guidance throughout the whole process by an agent who seemed to go above and beyond to ensure that all parties were kept in the loop and the process ran smoothly. Everyone we came into contact with at Winterbrook was also highly professional, courteous and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Exceptional customer service, highly recommended!
My wife and I want to thank the team at Winterbrook for helping us find our new home in Wallingford. From the very start we were so impressed with all of the team and commented on how refreshing it was to find an estate agency with such personable staff. Phonecalls were always answered and flexibility around timings for viewings and appointments was excellent. Richard and Julian both conducted viewings and we found them to be professional and knowledgeable but also very friendly and easy to talk to. They both listened to our feedback and helped with our understanding of the local market, keeping us well informed about the available properties. After we had an offer accepted on a house that wasn't the end of the help provided, in fact it was just the start - being available for a number of house visits with tradespeople, talking over issues around our plans for the house, providing advice and assistance during the legal process of local searches and preparing for exchange of contracts. In fact when the solicitors met some hurdles late on in the process nothing was too much trouble for Julian to help both us and the vendor to ensure we were kept well informed and to help make exchange happen. During our house search we have had dealings with many other estate agents and we can honestly say that Winterbrook stood out as providing exceptional service every step of the way - thank you very much and we will certainly be recommending you to prospective sellers and purchasers in the future.
