Highly recommended

We asked three agents to value our property. Lesters came in in the middle. We went with them based on clarity, their straightforwardness and gut feeling. We weren't disappointed. Our first sale fell through, but that wasn't anything to do with the agent, it was because the buyer decided to buy a different house. When spring came, we had lots more viewings, usually with Richard or Geraldine, both of whom are friendly, communicative and really know their stuff. We felt that the negotiations for the sale of our house were handled well and always felt that we were treated well, and that our opinions and options were considered. We like Richard, which of course helps and he was always clear with us and kept us informed. For various reasons, our sale was not an easy one for Lesters, but they dealt with difficult delays and situations (which were not their fault) very well and kept all sides happy and moving forward. I would use them again and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to sell their house.
