Wouldn’t recommend at all, had the house up for over a year no offers, went with a smaller less known estate agents and it sold in 5 days, all karl tatler wanted me to do is keep lowering and lowering , didn’t advertise the large loft room in pictures and seem more interested in the higher value houses
