Helpful viewings mainly with the brilliant Lucy (who patiently persisted while we pored over plentiful properties), timely follow-ups from Hannah regarding viewings (but without us ever feeling rushed or pressured to commit to anything), and copious assistance from Suzanne with chasing others in the process where needed and keeping everything moving along nicely -- we couldn't have asked for more basically!
