Our purchase and sale experience with KT has been brilliant. We put our house up for sale very last minute due to seeing another property we loved. Hannah Naughlty valued our property, and had it on the market all within 2 days, and it sold 8 days later after 1 viewing! They all kept us up to date every step of the way, particularly Hannah Wilkinson, and we knew we could trust them to get the job done. They also kept our vendors in the loop with I think contributed to our offer being accepted as they knew we were dedicated to buying their house. Overall, a brilliant experience so far and would highly recommend to anyone considering using them. We will deffo be coming back should we ever need them in the future.
