I just wanted to say a big thank you to Kendal and Joseph in the Walderslade Branch. They were always so helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble and they really tried for us. Kendal is a very pleasant lady and spends time and listens to your needs. She always kept us updated and gave us so much support and advice. Joseph is very down to earth and full of knowledge. He was always very approachable. They are a really good team and it was a pleasure to deal with them both.
