In the strange time of COVID it was certainly different this time around. All the staff we dealt with at walderslade branch we great. But above them all was Maxine . She called regularly to either update us or see if we had and news for her. Our other agents would just email and we wouldn’t get message till we looked at emails which could be hours after. Maxine even phone us on the day we exchanged and help with the moving date . Again she phoned just to congratulate us on getting a date sorted. Wished us well .
