After selling and buying a few properties through Robinson Michael and Jackson this was the first time we had dealings with the Walderslade office. At the time we had lost money on another property with another Estate Agency, as the property had too many major problems to take such a project on at this time in our life. The moment we walked into RMJ Walderslade there was a warm welcome and both Mica and Kendall were really helpful taking down our details and were genuinely interested in what type of property we wanted and the surroundings we would like. Immediately, the office was in communication with us with properties they had in areas that would possibly suit. Kendall in particular would meet us at a property and would explain details and information about the property and if we asked a question she didn’t know, she would go back to the office and phone us later with answers to any queries or concerns we might have . Kendal was extremely polite, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Kendall put our mind at ease and was always at the end of the phone if needed. From start to completion the Walderslade office Robinson Michael and Jackson were fantastic. Thank you for finding us a lovely home we love and feel settled in.
