We recently sold our first house with Robinson Michael & Jackson, Walderslade and started the process with Dallas. From the beginning he was very to the point in our valuation and expectations which was exactly what we wanted. We then spoke a lot with Kendal and Misha who arranged viewings and provided vital feedback for us straight after. Whenever I called the office, all three members of the team were friendly and positive. The only slight hiccup was having to rewrite our house description ourselves in order to obtain more viewings as the format and punctuation of the original written by RMJ wasn't the best. The person I really want to praise in particular however, is our sales progressor Maxine. Maxine was absolutely fantastic in making sure our progression throughout was constantly moving despite frustrating delays. We were expecting to move in March, however issues at the top of the chain pushed back our move to the end of May. This caused extreme stress for both myself and my fiance who get married in early June. Maxine was in constant contact with me, keeping me up to date and constantly contacting solicitors, agents and pretty much everyone in our chain. I felt completely looked after and supported throughout the whole process and that is all thanks to Maxine. If you're thinking of choosing Robinson Michael & Jackson, I 100% recommend them, not only for the hard work of the sales team (Dallas, Kendal, Misha), but mainly for the incredible work and support I received from Maxine.
