Having sadly lost my mum and having to sell her house I approached a number of local estate agents for quotes and an understanding of the process and what the company’s were able to assist me with . From the offset and before making a decision I found the team were the most efficient in sending information and correspondence that I required in order to sell the house and I decided to go with RMJ. I cannot fault the team . To start with they are all approachable and friendly but it was their efficiency that impressed me most . The agency held a key to mums house and arranged all viewings and kept me informed when these were happening . I was notified the next day of people’s views and comments about the property and I was advised when offers were made on the property as to what ideally would be the best offer to accept due to the buyers circumstances . This in fact resulted in a quicker sale . I also liked that the team had a nominated staff member to liaise with the solicitor to chase to enquire on my behalf if required. I have received regular phone calls and updates and on the day of completion two final calls to say the process and sale had completed.
