Joe showed me two houses, the last one was the one I bought and he was fantastic. He told me the details etc but he also stayed silent and allowed me to walk around and get a feel for the place so I had real time to think about the property and the questions I wanted to ask. No hard sell just information, perfect. He helped me through the offer process as well, keeping me well informed. Maxine was my next contact and she helped the sale progress. Very often she kept me more update on everything than my lawyer. Any questions I had got very quick answers, polite, diligent and knowledgeable. I LOVE my new house and I could not have asked for a better service than I got! Much better than other estate agents I met or tried to buy through (I was part way through buying a different house but couldn't get any answers and get through the red tape) so I experienced fantastic service with RMJ to compare with not so good service from others!
