We recently sold our first house with Robinson Michael & Jackson, Walderslade and started the process with Dallas. From the beginning he was very to the point in our valuation and expectations which was exactly what we wanted. We then spoke a lot with Kendal and Misha who arranged viewings and provided vital feedback for us straight after. Whenever I called the office, all three members of the team were friendly and positive. The only slight hiccup was having to rewrite our house description ourselves in order to obtain more viewings as the format and punctuation of the original written by RMJ wasn't the best. The person I really want to praise in particular however, is our sales progressor Maxine. Maxine was absolutely fantastic in making sure our progression throughout was constantly moving despite frustrating delays. We were expecting to move in March, however issues at the top of the chain pushed back our move to the end of May. This caused extreme stress for both myself and my fiance who get married in early June. Maxine was in constant contact with me, keeping me up to date and constantly contacting solicitors, agents and pretty much everyone in our chain. I felt completely looked after and supported throughout the whole process and that is all thanks to Maxine. If you're thinking of choosing Robinson Michael & Jackson, I 100% recommend them, not only for the hard work of the sales team (Dallas, Kendal, Misha), but mainly for the incredible work and support I received from Maxine. My partner and I have just bought our first house through Robinson Michael & Jackson Walderslade and we couldn't have hoped to be working with better agents. Everything was done so smoothly, quickly and advice was given to us where needed. We were helped right from putting in our offer to advice post move. Maxine the sales progresser was great as I don't think we needed to chase our solicitor once ourselves, she did all of that and more to ensure the purchase went through, and even through delays she kept us in the loop the whole time. It is not often I say anything positive about Estate Agents, having had some pretty poor experiences, but I can honestly say that I cannot fault the service from Dallas and his excellent team at RMJ in Walderslade. From the first visit Dallas was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kendell took care of all the viewings and never failed to give feedback the following day. Whilst the sale was progressing there was frequent contact to keep me updated and to move things along and there is genuinely nothing I could say they need to improve. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and have never been able to say that about any other Estate Agent!

Dallas and all the staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The sales team kept us very informed of feedback from viewings. Buyers were found very quickly and the sales progressor Maxine kept us well informed of the progress of the sale and timescales we could expect things to happen by. Although we didn’t buy our house through Robinson Michael Jackson. We didn’t however receive the best service in regards to new properties hitting the market and viewings. Kendal was especially helpful and I would always recccomend speaking to this estate agent for buying or selling.
