Our solicitors, and the solicitors of the seller were slow at times and difficult to get hold of; the team at RM&J, Dallas, Kendall and in particular Maxine were fantastic at moving things a long, offering a helping hand when we were stuck with the next steps of our purchase (first-time buyers) and provided a more personal, comfortable and friendly experience. We will definitely be using RM&J in Walderslade Village for our next purchase in the future, and will recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agents.

We used RMJ and they did a great job. We had Dallas and Kendall and the team helped in gneer aswell. We had a turbulent time (probably alot due to COVID) however they were amazing. In the strange time of COVID it was certainly different this time around. All the staff we dealt with at walderslade branch we great. But above them all was Maxine . She called regularly to either update us or see if we had and news for her. Our other agents would just email and we wouldn’t get message till we looked at emails which could be hours after. Maxine even phone us on the day we exchanged and help with the moving date . Again she phoned just to congratulate us on getting a date sorted. Wished us well . After selling and buying a few properties through Robinson Michael and Jackson this was the first time we had dealings with the Walderslade office. At the time we had lost money on another property with another Estate Agency, as the property had too many major problems to take such a project on at this time in our life. The moment we walked into RMJ Walderslade there was a warm welcome and both Mica and Kendall were really helpful taking down our details and were genuinely interested in what type of property we wanted and the surroundings we would like.
