We have just purchased our new home through Martin & Co and I have to say what a brilliant experience it was. Belinda was always happy to help with any queries and was very professional. She was proactive throughout the whole process and a pleasure to deal with. They made a very stressful time run smoothly and even gave us a little goodie bag when we called to collect the keys for our new home. A big thank you to all at Martin and Co but especially Belinda. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable Estate Agent.

I wanted to leave a 5 star review for the team at Martin & Co Wakefield. Jas was great at keeping me informed and really helped push everything along when I needed him to, likewise Leah in the office was fantastic too. Was always a delightful chat (despite her probably getting fed up of my weekly calls) Thanks to you both and everyone else involved with my purchase!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I was really struggling in my accommodation due to mobility limitations and Martin & Co staff were empathetic, friendly and went above and beyond to make the process doable for me.

Just used Martins for the sale of my mother's house. And I could not be happier with the service they provided. Communication between them and myself was outstanding. I live 80 mile away so needed a final reading from the energy meters. Jas went to the house to take the readings for me which was a massive help. It's small things like that that make a company stand out when they go that bit further to help you. Thank you so much to Jas and all the team. It's been a pleasure using your services. 🙂👍
