I have been really happy with the service from Wakefield Martin & Co who are now managing my property and letting it to tenants. I was a little worried about it but Jas gave me all the information I needed and excellent advice to support me in making the decisions needed. They had the property on the market within a couple of days and found tenants within a week working round my schedule and responding to queries within minutes! I now have great tenants and the process has been very easy! Leah is also very helpful!
