I recently found a new home to rent through Martin & Co Wakefield, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! A big thank you to Belinda, who was fantastic from the start — she showed me around the property and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole viewing process a breeze. Special thanks as well to Leah, who guided me through the application process. She was always quick to respond, patient with all my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Thanks to the team’s professionalism and support, I will shortly be settled in my new home. I highly recommend Martin & Co Wakefield to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient lettings service!

Leah has been absolutely amazing throughout our recent renting journey. She has been incredibly supportive and on the ball, with fast replies and helpful responses. I couldn’t recommend this letting agents enough. Even for our viewing my train got stuck on the tracks and they were extremely understanding and accommodating when I was worried I would be late, going so far as to stick around on the property until I was able to get there (thank you Monay). We have been trying for a while to find a property and we are so glad that we found one with this letting agents.
