I couldn’t recommend Jas & the team at Wakefield highly enough. I was very sentimental about my home and wanted to know my house was in good hands whilst been let out. Jas made the whole process very easy and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Martin and Co were of great help when it came to house searching. Hanna was very patient in showing the house around and answered all the questions I had. Leah was extremely helpful with the documentation process. Over all had a very good experience with the letting agency. Would recommend to others as well.

We've have been in touch with Martin and co since early October after making an offer on a house,The house viewings were done at the correct scheduled times and in a proffesional way. Staff knew alot about each property and no question was unanswered. Hannah has been amazing, so polite, proffesional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff at martin and co have assisted us throughout the course of our mortgage application and they have chased things up when they needed to be moving, we are now settled in our new home and have been able to enjoy some treats from our welcome pack. Our daughters thought it was great, thankyou to everyone at martin and co, we highly recommend and thankyou for all you have done to support us.
