very rude and disrespectful by inquired about if they have any properties available they never get back to me be so rude to me there are other branch is the same to discute Ruben arrogant here and then try and pick all the blame on you do not want to do nothing for me absolutely disgusting agency don't even bother trying to contact me

I recently had a disappointing experience with this letting agents. After taking time out of my busy schedule and commuting 35 minutes for a house viewing, I arrived at the property only to wait for 15 minutes with no sign of an agent. When I called the office, I was informed that they had sent a text message confirming the appointment 15 minutes earlier. As I don't use my phone while driving, I had not received any notification. This lack of communication and consideration for customers' time is unacceptable. Customer service skills were clearly lacking in this situation. It is essential for businesses to understand that clients' time is valuable, and failing to communicate effectively can result in a negative experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be using their services again. Improvement in communication and customer service is necessary for a better client experience.

We would like to clarify that a text message was sent at 9:34 AM this morning to confirm your attendance, and a follow-up call was made at 1:17 PM, during which a voicemail was left and we can forward on the voice recording for the message left. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to either message. We agree that time is valuable hence why we follow the procedure of an initial message on the morning of the viewing and a follow up call within the hour prior to the viewing. On your call to the office, we did ask you to hold the call and we would have tried our best to get an agent out to you although there had been no confirmation to which you informed us you were leaving the property. an exceptionally poor vendor to deal with - they seem to have little or no interested in customers hence a total lack of service or staff. seems most of the staff have left the business as there's no response.

Ive used Martin and co to manage a property of mine, they have been terrible from start to finish, they lie frequently about having done things, they send trades people that are clearly not trades people and are nothing but a set of cowboys. They cause more damage trying to botch things and having to then pay for jobs putting right by actual trades people. Who when they look at the jobs can't stop laughing. Theres no communication and the first time you know they have sent people out to the house is when the rent is paid short. Please all take this as a warning there are much better more professional management agents in Wakefield.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
