Unfortunately it wasn’t for us, but have dealt with a few estate agents recently and these guys have been by far the best. Would highly recommend them.

Recently had a valuation and done some viewings with Manning Stainton Wakefield office. These guys are super helpful, very professional and have a really proactive approach to helping there customers. Before my valuation on my flat they had already contacted before the appointment to discuss my future move and to see if they could help with this aspect of my house purchase. Christopher Appleton the valuer at the Valuation was very friendly and talked me through the whole process from start to finish which really gave me the confidence i needed as i was nervous as this was my first time selling compared to other agents who just seemed to want to finish the appointment and get out as soon as possible. They then followed up the next day to discuss potential buyers they had on there books which they had spoken with who would like to come to view. Natalie Turner is constantly recommending properties for me to view and i really feel as if she cares about my requirements and often recommends houses that are not yet on the market. Would have no problems using these guys for all of my house needs they are stand out the most professional, approachable and proactive agent in Wakefield. Thank you for your help so far!

We've just bought our first house through Manning Stainton. The whole process was professionally managed and went very smoothly. Matt in particular is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I felt fully supported throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly recommend.

This company is efficient and very friendly . Laura in particular is very efficient and helpful she puts the customer first . I have purchased and sold through Manning and would highly recommend them . They are very professional and competitive . Overall, Manning Stainton, Wakefield have provided very good service and communication. Both Georgie and Laura work hard - I would have given 5 stars but an 11th hour offer on the property we are buying could have resulted in us losing it if the seller wasn’t the man he is and stood by his promise to us. His agent hadn’t received a phone call from MS that I was told would be made, that confirmed the chain could proceed. So a small point of learning, keep the customer and every relevant party informed all the time. But thank you for all your help and dedication to your work.

Well I've tried to call the estate agents now 12 times to try and book a viewing on a property with no answer !? 4 times on Friday , twice on Saturday and 6 times it took to finally get an answer on the Monday . I'm glad I'm only trying to view a house through them and not selling my property because that is ridiculous
