Booked a viewing through Matt in wakefield, he was really helpful. Met Andy at the house, we’re relocating from Surrey and his advice about the area was really useful. Unfortunately it wasn’t for us, but have dealt with a few estate agents recently and these guys have been by far the best. Would highly recommend them.

Recently had a valuation and done some viewings with Manning Stainton Wakefield office. These guys are super helpful, very professional and have a really proactive approach to helping there customers. Before my valuation on my flat they had already contacted before the appointment to discuss my future move and to see if they could help with this aspect of my house purchase. Christopher Appleton the valuer at the Valuation was very friendly and talked me through the whole process from start to finish which really gave me the confidence i needed as i was nervous as this was my first time selling compared to other agents who just seemed to want to finish the appointment and get out as soon as possible. They then followed up the next day to discuss potential buyers they had on there books which they had spoken with who would like to come to view. Natalie Turner is constantly recommending properties for me to view and i really feel as if she cares about my requirements and often recommends houses that are not yet on the market. Would have no problems using these guys for all of my house needs they are stand out the most professional, approachable and proactive agent in Wakefield. Thank you for your help so far!
